Delete in the app
The quickest way to delete your account:
- Open ALCRide and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Edit Profile (or scroll to the bottom of Profile).
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Your account and personal data are permanently deleted immediately. This cannot be undone.
Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you:
app@alcride.esUse the subject "Account deletion request". We action verified requests within 30 days.
What data is deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- Your profile (name, photo, language, gender, emergency contact)
- Your rides, ride requests and bookings
- Your chat messages
- Your ratings and reliability data
- Any identity-verification documents you uploaded
- Your login credentials and push-notification token
What may be retained
For legal, accounting and fraud-prevention purposes we may retain a limited record of completed tip transactions (handled by our payment provider, Stripe) for the period required by law. These records are not used to identify you in the app after deletion. ALCRide never stores your card details.
