How much does ALCRide cost?
ALCRide is free to use. Passengers can optionally leave a tip for the driver — there's no obligation.
Which airports does it cover?
Alicante (ALC) and Murcia (RMU). Drivers post rides to or from these airports and passengers request to join.
How do I join a ride?
Find a matching ride in the feed, tap it and send a request to the driver. Once they accept, you can chat in the app to coordinate the pickup. If there's no ride on your dates, set up an alert and we'll notify you when one is posted.
How do tips and payouts work?
Tips are paid by card through our payment provider, Stripe. Drivers receive payouts after completing a short Stripe onboarding. ALCRide never stores your card details.
Is ALCRide safe?
We offer profile verification, two-way ratings, a reliability score, reporting and blocking, an optional women-only ride filter, and an emergency contact. Always use your own judgement when sharing a ride.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion from within the app, or by emailing support@alcride.es. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Which languages are supported?
The app is available in English, Español, Русский, Polski and Français, and chat messages can be translated automatically.
