1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using ALCRide ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. ALCRide connects drivers and passengers sharing rides to and from Alicante (ALC) and Murcia (RMU) airports.
2. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour
ALCRide has zero tolerance for objectionable, offensive, harassing, hateful, threatening or illegal content, and for abusive users. By using the app you agree that you will not post, send or share such content, and that you will treat other users with respect.
- You can report objectionable content or another user at any time from their profile or a chat.
- You can block any user, which immediately stops them from contacting you.
- We review reports and act within 24 hours — removing content and/or suspending or banning users who violate these terms.
Accounts used to post objectionable content or to abuse, harass or endanger others will be terminated.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
- Use the app lawfully and follow local traffic and safety rules when driving or riding.
- Arrange and complete rides in good faith; ALCRide is a platform that connects people and is not a party to the ride itself.
4. Tips and payments
Tipping is optional and is processed by our payment provider, Stripe. A platform service fee applies to tips. ALCRide never stores your card details.
5. Account deletion
You can delete your account and associated data at any time from the app (Profile → Delete Account) or via our account deletion page.
6. Disclaimer & liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Toro Mobility S.L. is not liable for the conduct of users or for rides arranged through the app. Always use your own judgement when sharing a ride with someone new.
